By using onewayeleven.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

One Way Eleven is a collaborative games studio brand, operated by Wowsystems Informática, Lda., a company incorporated in Portugal (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), with registered office at Rua da Queimada de Cima n.33, 1º, 9000-065 Funchal, VAT Number (NIPC): PT511281897. We do not sell anything on this site and we do not process payments here.

 

  1. USER CONDUCT

 By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Misuse the site or interfere with its operation
  • Submit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

 

  1. OUR CONTENT, AND HOW YOU MAY USE IT

 All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trailers, images, and game assets, is owned by Wowsystems Informática, Lda. or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright.

 

Press, content creators and streamers

You do not need our written permission to cover our games. This is that permission. “Our games” here includes any demo, prototype, pre-release build, playtest or hands-on presentation at an event. Our games are in development, so most coverage will be of unfinished work. That is welcome.

We grant you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to capture, record, stream and broadcast video, screenshots and audio of our games, and to use the trailers, screenshots and artwork we publish here or in our press kit, in reviews, previews, news articles, videos, podcasts, streams and social media posts.

You may monetise that content — through advertising, sponsorship, subscriptions or platform revenue sharing — and you owe us nothing for it.

 

Conditions: do not imply that we endorse or are partnered with you; do not use our logos or artwork as your own brand, channel identity or merchandise; do not distribute the game itself or any build of it; do not publish our soundtrack as standalone audio, as music in our trailers may be licensed from third parties and claimed by content identification systems; do not modify our logos or artwork beyond resizing and cropping; and do not use our material in unlawful, hateful or harassing content. Where we have given you material under an agreed embargo, those terms apply until the embargo lifts.

We may withdraw this license from a specific person if these conditions are broken. We will not withdraw it because we dislike a review. Critical coverage is coverage.

 

Fan content

Fan art, fan fiction and cosplay based on our games are welcome, provided you make clear that they are not made or endorsed by us. Selling merchandise based on our characters, artwork or names needs our written permission — ask us.

 

  1. TEXT AND DATA MINING, AND AI TRAINING

We expressly reserve all rights of text and data mining over the content of this site, including under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and the Portuguese law transposing it. No content on this site may be used to train artificial intelligence models, nor systematically scraped or harvested, without our prior written permission.

 

  1. EXTERNAL LINKS AND THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

This website may contain links to third-party platforms where our games will be or may be sold in the future, and to our social media profiles. It also embeds trailers hosted on YouTube, which do not load until you consent.

Once you leave our site, or load embedded content, you are subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party platforms. We are not responsible for any transactions, content, or issues occurring outside of this website.

We strive to keep our game information and release dates updated. However, all content is provided for informational purposes and may be subject to change without notice.

 

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 This website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wowsystems Informática, Lda. is not liable for any damages, losses, or errors resulting from the use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms are published in English; if a translation differs, the English version prevails.
